  • May change depending on final materials, scope, revisions, or unforeseen conditions
  • Are not binding until a formal agreement or work order is signed

4. Pricing, Payments & Billing

  • Project pricing will be communicated individually and may vary case-by-case
  • Payments are to be made as per the agreed project schedule
  • Delayed payments may result in pauses in project execution
  • All fees, taxes, and additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated clearly

We reserve the right to revise prices at any time, but revisions will not affect ongoing signed contracts.

5. Project Timelines

While we strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

  • Material availability
  • Vendor timelines
  • Client-side revisions or approvals
  • Unforeseen site conditions
  • External factors (government restrictions, weather, transport issues, etc.)

Blue Interiors is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Logos
  • Concepts

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Make timely decisions and approvals
  • Give site access to workers and supervisors as required
  • Ensure safety and proper environment at the project site
  • Clear dues/payments on time

Failure to do so may result in project delays or added charges.
